Recruitment & Skills Centre at Fort Kinnaird

The Recruitment and Skills Centre at Fort Kinnaird supports the centre and businesses in the surrounding areas with recruitment, help with staff training needs and workforce development. It also offers a bespoke service to jobseekers to gain and retain employment in the area.

Who are we?
The RSC is a unique private, public and third sector partnership between British Land (Fort Kinnaird) and the Joined Up For Business Partners who include Capital City Partnership, City of Edinburgh Council (including the Business Gateway), Cyrenians, East Lothian Council, Jobcentre Plus (DWP), Midlothian Council and Skills Development Scotland.

What do we do?
The Recruitment and Skills Centre offers a range of recruitment and business growth support services for Businesses and Jobseekers.

In addition to the above services for jobseekers and Employers the Recruitment and Skills Centre offers support through their talent bank and In Work Support Service. Please contact us for more information and or assistance.
