Project D doughnut and Big Kid’s Birthday Bundles must be booked on the Frankie & Benny’s website through our booking system. Cancellation Policy:

If you book a Project D doughnut, Big Kids Birthday Bundles, or a birthday milkshake (hard or soft): you will be asked to provide card details as a payment hold to guarantee your booking. To secure your added experience you will need make a table reservation through our table booking provider, SevenRooms Inc., and you will be required to enter your credit card details for us to hold the relevant cost for purchase in line with our table booking cancellation policy, which will be presented to you upon making the relevant booking. Payment processing of any Birthday upgrades will be processed on your final bill on the day of booking. By inputting your email (where required) and payment card details, you bare consenting to the use of such details by Adyen N.V., the SevenRooms Inc., and us for the purpose of securing your booking. If you have a query on deposits taken for a restaurant experience, please contact Guest Services in writing under: [email protected].
