WorldHost Award

Fort Kinnaird was recently rewarded the Silver World Host Award. The whole team has really embraced the WorldHost training programme, and has put the newly learnt skills to use in their day-to-day working environment – even if the situations are out of the ordinary. Our team is a credit to the centre, going the extra mile to ensure our customers are well looked after.

We are grateful for all the social media posts that reflect this; one customer wrote: ‘I would just like to say thank you to the two men who helped me today when my car ran out of battery. One man radioed another, who came straight out with a charging pack – didn’t take long at all!’
