Visual Impairment Customer Support

At Fort Kinnaird, we’re committed to creating an inclusive shopping experience for everyone. Our team have completed Visual Impairment Awareness training with the RNIB to better support visually impaired shoppers. If you or someone you know needs assistance, our trained team is here to help.

Accessible toilets

We have an accessible toiliet located within Customer Services at the centre which is next to Currys. This facility is Stoma bag friendly. You can also find a changing places facility here.

Accessible Car Parking

We have accessible parking bays within each of our carparks. You must display a valid blue badge to use
